This is a rarely seen gold coin minted by Banco De Mexico that will make an excellent addition to your collection.
The obverse of the coin features Viente Pesos surrounding the Cuauhxicalli Eagle Bowl Aztec Calendar or Sun Stone.
The reverse of the coin features a golden eagle perched on a cactus with a snake in its beak.
Since these coins can be over 100 years old, their condition varies, and the minting techniques of the time were not as precise as today. As a result, the coins we offer have a tolerance of up to 1% for both weight and purity, which is standard for coins of this era.
According to the original specifications, each gold coin contains 15 Grams of gold within a total weight of 16.67 Grams, with a gold purity of 90%. However, due to the tolerance, the actual weight and purity may vary slightly within this range. Coins falling within this 1% purity and weight tolerance are considered normal and will not be exchanged.
