The vault is furthermore equipped with multi-security surveillance such as motion detectors, surveillance cameras and seismic detection.

Q: How do I purchase bullion from BullionStar in New Zealand for storage?
A: Simply add your desired metals to the shopping cart and go to the checkout where you select “Vault Storage New Zealand” as your delivery method. When your payment has cleared, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail and SMS text message.
BullionStar’s stock is located in a different section in the same vault as the customer vault storage which is why the processing is quick, typically 1-3 business days once your payment has cleared.
We will then proceed to process your metals into vault storage, take pictures of your metals and send you a confirmation e-mail and SMS text message when completed. You can manage all vault holdings online.
Q: Can I purchase precious metals from BullionStar in New Zealand for shipping?
A: Yes, simply add your desired metals to the shopping cart and go to the checkout where you select “Shipping by Courier from New Zealand” as your delivery method. When your payment has cleared, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail and SMS text message. A: Yes, you can use the same BullionStar account for buying, selling and storing bullion across all vault locations. You have full online control of all your bullion 24/7 and can buy, sell or withdraw your bullion at anytime. You can also view pictures of your stored bullion, generate an up-to-date vault certificate, analyze your portfolio, audit your metals, view third party audit protocols and much more via your BullionStar account.

Q: How do I sell stored bullion or withdraw stored bullion?
A: You control all bullion in all locations from your BullionStar account. You can sell your bullion back to BullionStar at any time via your BullionStar account. Alternatively, you can physically withdraw your bullion via your BullionStar account and have it shipped to you or pick it up personally in Wellington, New Zealand.
Q: Are vault withdrawal shipments insured?
A: Yes, all outbound bullion shipments are fully insured for full replacement value. BullionStar bears the risk of your shipment until you have collected your parcel/s.
Q: What are the storage fees for storing bullion with BullionStar in New Zealand and when do I pay for my storage fees?
A: Gold Bullion Products: 0.59% per annum. Silver & Platinum Bullion Products: 0.88% per annum. Daily minimum storage fee: SGD 0.19 per storage location. The minimum fee applies in case the calculated daily fee is below SGD 0.19. Customer accounts holding no bullion in a certain location are exempted from the minimum fee in that location. Vault Withdrawal of bullion products per instance: SGD 129. Customer audit of physical bullion held in the vault per instance: SGD 199. Storage charges are invoiced 1 March each year or when you sell or withdraw your bullion - whichever takes place first. The storage charge is calculated daily. The daily costs are added up for all days of the storage year to arrive at the total cost. Login and go to Your Account > Storage Charges to view your accrued storage charges.
Q: How do I pay for my storage fees?
A: Storage fees are invoiced on the 1st of March each year, or when you sell or withdraw your bullion – whichever takes place first. You can settle your storage fees using the cash balance on your account, or using any of BullionStar’s usual payment methods, including bank transfer, online credit card payment or cryptocurrency.
Q: Can I use my BullionStar cash account to pay storage fees and to have proceeds credited from New Zealand sell orders?
