This 1 oz 2021 gold bullion coin featuring the Greyhound of Richmond is the tenth and final coin issue in the Royal Mint’s fabulous Queen’s Beasts Collection and is minted in 99.99% fine gold.

Showcasing the ten heraldic beasts whose statues guarded the entrance of Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953, there are ten bullion coins in the Queen’s Beasts series with two coins released each year.

The reverse of this 1 oz gold coin features the royal heraldry of the Greyhound of Richmond bearing a shield of Tudor livery, white and green, with a Tudor Rose ensigned by a Royal Crown.

The obverse of the 1 oz gold coin features a portrait of Britain’s monarch, Queen Elizabeth along with the coin's weight and gold purity. The designs on both coin surfaces are by the Royal Mint’s engraver Jody Clark.
